Sulabh Jain is a seasoned supply chain leader with over 15 years of experience in the CPG & Retail industry. He is currently the Head of Supply Chain at PDC Brands, where he oversees all aspects of the planning, strategic sourcing, and supply chain strategy.
Sulabh began his supply chain career as an analyst at Avon, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become the North American planning manager managing production planning, forecasting and Inventory for all contract manufacturers. In this role, he developed and implemented agility strategies to improve resilience and responsiveness.
After many years in planning, Sulabh transitioned to strategic sourcing at the Vitamin Shoppe, where he served as a Senior Director responsible for Inventory, Sourcing and Vendor management. In this role, he developed and implemented strategies to drive profitability and penetration for the private brands business.
In his current role at PDC Brands, Sulabh has led several successful initiatives, including the implementation of a multi distribution network that reduced transportation costs by 25%. He has also established strong relationships with key suppliers and customers, which has resulted in improved supplier performance and increased customer satisfaction.
Sulabh holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s in Industrial Engineering from University of South Florida. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
